KMJ by Design is an American agency based in NYC developing web systems and e-commerce solutions.

Assignment

Establish a Dedicated Team that fits best the KMJ by Design needs. Main principle was to ensure flexibility of the team size and ability to add extra resources in a short notice. Most of the tasks are assigned to developers who are dedicated full-time to this client but Project Manager, Manual QA and both Graphic and Motion designers are added to each project on a part-time basis.
